Entering its 61st year, Mel Jackson Tax Service continues to enjoy a faithful clientele who, year after year, receive professional, courteous and prompt service. 

Times have changed since 1949.  Long lines of taxpayers snaking around the building by the hundreds have given way to appointments, drop-offs and helping clients with the volumes of new tax laws.

Computer programming has made the process faster and more helpful.  Where once it took a staff of 20-30 people, Mel Jackson can operate with a staff of eight with shorter waiting periods. 

We are proud to offer top-notch service at a reasonable cost to the taxpayer.

In May 2007 Mel Jackson moved from its headquarters on Kings Drive to Mt. Holly Rd (see our map on an adjoining page).   With I-85 and I-485 nearby, the commute to our new offices is rather easy.  We invite you to consult the map, set up an appointment, and enjoy our traditional hospitality.
